Hoary Alyssum:
- winter or summer annual with white flowers with four deeply-notched petals per flower
- oval, smooth-margined leaves and stems covered with hairs
- found in cool-season annual crops, pastures and range
- can be toxic to livestock
- more common in northern part of Midwest, but found in Missouri
