Platanus x acerifolia: London Plane Tree
- very similar to American Sycamore (Platanus occidentalis) except:
- leaves slightly smaller
- fruit is in clusters of 2-3 achene clusters
- bark exfoliates all the way down the trunk to the ground
- not as prone to anthracnose, but gets other diseases
