  • Upright, branching plant with linear, fleshy leaves (1/2-3/4" long and 1/16-1/8" wide)
  • Reddish-green stems
  • Flowers tiny, white in axils of leaves
  • More common in flower beds, gardens, non-crop areas than in turf
