Rabbitsfoot Clover:

  • annual or winter annual with erect stems--6-18" tall; leaves are thin, 1/2 - 1" long
  • leaves & stems are very hairy
  • inflorescence is also very hairy--looks like a rabbit’s foot
  • found on dry, infertile soils as a turfgrass weed
  • native to Missouri
