  • annual or winter annual weed that grows 2-5’ tall
  • leaves large, deeply divided into slender lobes
  • flowers white, followed by long, slender stick-like seed pods 2-4" long
  • found in small grains & non-crop areas
  • stems break off after seeds produced, so plant “tumbles" with wind
