Wild raspberries: (not in Weeds of the Great Plains; not in Weeds of the Northeat)

can be problems similar to wild blackberries, but usually not as much as some of the blackberry species; can be distinguished from wild blackberries in that they usually have whitish-waxy coating on stems and sometimes only 3 leaflets per leaf
