The State Fruit Experiment Station serves commercial producers of tree fruits (apple, peach, pear, plum, cherry), small fruits (blueberry, strawberry, bramble), and alternative fruits (gooseberry, elderberry, pawpaw, persimmon) as part of its statewide mission to support the Missouri fruit production and processing industries. The State Fruit Experiment Station, located at Mountain Grove, Missouri, is operated by the Missouri State University College of Agriculture.
Workshops, conferences, field days, individual consultations, and site evaluations are offered to growers through this program.
Our 2018 Greenhouse and High Tunnel Workshop is in the planning stages. It will be held Wednesday and Thursday, October 17 to 18, 2018.
