Community College Practicum Courses

Practicum courses are designed to provide community college students opportunities to earn credit hours at their schools while gaining exposure to the career potential within the agriculture field. These courses give students access to university classrooms, greenhouses, laboratories and research stations.

Practicum in Animal and Plant Science at Missouri State University

From June 12 - 14, 2014, students from Ozarks Technical Community College and Missouri State University's West Plains campus attended a practicum in animal and plant science at Missouri State University. The 12 students and faculty members toured the Darr College of Agriculture, learned about research projects and gained hands-on experience during their three-day stay.
