The Missouri State University Winery and Distillery is located at the State Fruit Experiment Station of Missouri State University, a unit in the Darr College of Agriculture.
The Winery and Distillery is licensed for wine sales and includes a commercially licensed distillery.
The facility supports research conducted on specific winemaking problems and offers educational opportunities for Missouri State College of Agriculture students who are interested in enology. Public educational events for artisan distillers, home winemakers and consumers are offered annually.
