The Missouri State University Winery and Distillery is located at the State Fruit Experiment Station of Missouri State University, a unit in the Darr College of Agriculture.
The Winery and Distillery is licensed for wine sales and includes a commercially licensed distillery.
The facility supports research conducted on specific winemaking problems and offers educational opportunities for Missouri State department of agriculture students who are interested in enology. Public educational events for artisan distillers, home winemakers and consumers are offered annually.

- June 5 - 6, 2018 (Tuesday and Wednesday): 2-Day Distillation Basics Workshop, Missouri State University Winery and Distillery, Mountain Grove, MO
- Wine Appreciation for Consumers: an 8 week introduction to wines - 1 credit, second block in the Spring Semester at the main campus in Springfield. You must be 21 years of age to sign up for this class.
